     PVC Stitch How To

  • Make sure the surface around the punch is clean & dry.
  • Fully deflate your inflatable and put it on a flat surface.
  • Generously apply one layer of PVC Stitch sealant to cover the damaged area.
  • For bigger rips and tears use the Reinforcing cord and cover it completely with
  • PVC Stitch sealant with no omissions.
  • Do not smear or brush the sealant. The layer will become thin in 40 minutes.
  • A reliable bond is achieved in 2 hrs after application. You can inflate your air mattress or inflatable boat at this time.
  • For use with high pressure and underwater wait 4-6 hrs.
  • Will patch PVC, vinul, cordura, gortex, eco-leather, vinyl-based trilaminate, neoprene. Will not patch nylon, leather, latex, rubber.
